What a grateful heart does...
There is a wonderful cycle of thanks and giving into which each have been invited. God has shown us grace, mercy, and favor. A grateful heart spawns in us the desire to demonstrate gratitude in some tangible way; from which the one who has received God's good gifts reciprocates back to the Lord with an overflow to others. In other words, there is a close relationship between being grateful and generosity.
