Local Missions Focus for July Our Local Missions focus for July will be collecting items for Joppa. These items include men’s underwear sizes 32, 34, 36. Also, shampoo, conditioner, men’s disposable razors and bottled water. Thank you in advance for your generosity.
Youth Game Nights Students, we hope you’re having a fun summer! Hope you can join us for 2 game nights: Wednesday, July 22 from 6:30-8PM @ Dawn’s house and Wednesday, August 19th, 6:30-8 PM (location TBD). FYI: We have something special for the seniors at the July game night. We know summer can be busy, and may not work for everyone, but looking forward to seeing you!
Baptism Sunday Join us on Sunday, July 26th, for a baptism following the morning service. Ready to be baptized? Fill out a baptism form online, pick one up in the lobby or email us @together@lifhousedsm.org so we can send you all the information. In keeping with Lifehouse tradition, root beer floats will be served after the baptism.
Discovery Class Are you new to Lifehouse? Or, maybe you’ve been around for a while and would like more information about the church or about membership. Discovery Class is the perfect place to find out more about our beliefs, our vision, various ministries of the church, and membership. You are invited to join us on Sunday, August 2 following the service for Discovery Class. A light lunch will be provided. Please RSVP if you plan to attend so we can better plan for lunch. together@lifehousedsm.org
Sons of Thunder Men, you are invited to attend the next meeting for Sons of Thunder on Saturday, August 8th @ 8:30 a.m. in the community room. Sons of Thunder’s focus is to encourage men in personal growth and teach them how to live lives of authentic manhood, as modeled by Jesus and directed by the Word of God. We will share breakfast before the Bible study. Please bring something to contribute to the breakfast.
