The Apostle Paul in a letter written to a young Pastor named Timothy, instructed him to do the following:
"...focus on reading the Scriptures to the church, encouraging the believers, and teaching them." 1 Timothy 4:13 (NLT) If you have ever been to church, you've undoubtedly listened to a teaching, experienced some encouraging, and most likely heard some Bible verses (scripture) along the way. But when was the last time you came to church and simply just heard the scriptures read? No sermon. No editorials. No Commentaries. Just the Bible? While this is not how most congregations typically experience a Church service, it's actually very...well - Biblical. Join us as we set-out on a one-of-a-kind experience just reading scripture together during this 3 week series. We have selected 3 books from the New Testament that we will read end-to-end.
