Ever see a defiant child at the supermarket? "No!" Well, the Old Testament prophet Jonah more or less offered the same response when God asked him to do something. The book of Jonah only spans a couple pages of the Bible, but towards the end of the story we find the real excuse (or justification) for Jonah's defiance.
