Let's be honest. When there are times in life when we do nice things, say things, or give things that there is a part of us hoping, just hoping somebody notices. At the far end of the spectrum, some even do these things in order that they might receive something in return. How do we know what truly motivates us? Does it even matter so long as we such a 'great' person? Join us as we discover why motives matter, and how even the best of us who struggle with mixed motives can learn to find a higher reward.
